Sell your car to the trade — properly
Why get one offer?
Tell us about your car once. Dealers who want it compete for the chance to buy it. You compare their offers and choose the one that works for you.
Selling to one buyer puts them in charge.
One buyer means one opinion of your car's value — and you only find out what they'll actually pay once they're standing in your driveway.
The old way
- One buyer
- One price
- Inspection
- You find out what they'll actually pay…after they've seen the car.
DealerOffer
- Your car
- Multiple dealers
- Competing offers
- You choose
- Inspection…with a dealer who already committed to their number.
Three steps. One decision.
Show us the car
Tell us exactly what you've got. Upload useful photos and be straight about its condition — that's what strong offers are built on.
Dealers make their offers
We send your car to dealers interested in buying cars like yours. They price it independently — no dealer sees another dealer's number.
Choose your offer
Compare your offers privately and request an inspection with the dealer you prefer. Highest price, most convenient, fastest payment — your call.
Tell us everything.
Dealers are making an offer before physically inspecting your car. Good photos and accurate information give them the confidence to put their best number forward — and mean the inspection is a formality, not a renegotiation.
Accurate description in.
Stronger offer out.
Fewer surprises at inspection.
Dealers are expected to honour their submitted offer where the vehicle materially matches the information provided. If something significant is different, the offer may need to be reviewed — and on DealerOffer, every price change is recorded with a reason.
One car. Same day. Different dealer prices.
Different dealers value the same car differently — one needs stock, one has a buyer waiting, one specialises in your make. DealerOffer lets you see the difference before you decide who gets to buy it.
This is the entire reason DealerOffer exists: the spread between dealer offers on the same car is real money, and it belongs to you.
See What Dealers OfferNo inspection-day games.
Your dealer's offer is based on the information you supplied. If your car materially matches the description, dealers are expected to stand behind their number. If something significant wasn't disclosed or differs substantially, the dealer may need to review the price — with the reason recorded, every time.
Your car doesn't have one dealer price.
Different dealers value the same car differently. DealerOffer lets you see the difference before you choose who gets the opportunity to buy it. (Example figures.)
Built for people who'd rather not do this five times.
Fair questions.
Is DealerOffer a dealership?
No. DealerOffer is a platform that puts your car in front of a network of independent, verified motor dealers who buy cars like yours. The dealers make the offers — you choose which one, if any, to go ahead with.
Are the offers guaranteed?
Each offer is based on the information and photos you supply. If your car materially matches your description at inspection, dealers are expected to stand behind their offer.
If something significant wasn't disclosed or is substantially different — undisclosed damage, a warning light, materially different kilometres — the dealer may need to review the price. Every price change on DealerOffer is recorded with a reason, so there are no quiet adjustments.
Do I have to accept the highest offer?
No. You might prefer a slightly lower offer from a dealer who comes to you, or one closer to home, or one that pays faster. The choice is entirely yours — and there's no obligation to accept any offer at all.
Will dealers contact me directly?
No. That's a big part of why DealerOffer exists. You deal with one platform, not five dealerships calling you. Your contact details aren't handed out to the network — the dealer you choose gets what they need to complete the inspection and purchase, at the right stage.
Does it cost anything?
No. Getting your dealer offers is free for sellers, with no obligation to accept any of them.
Can the dealer lower their offer at inspection?
Only if there's a genuine, material discrepancy between your description and the car — undisclosed damage, an undisclosed mechanical issue, materially different kilometres, or a history issue. A price can't just quietly change: any adjustment is logged with a structured reason, and we track every dealer's adjustment rate across the network.
